Oh wouldn't it be nice to get away from it all and get a much needed break from parenting, work, bills, annoying people, house cleaning, to do lists, dinner prep.
I know exactly what you're thinking,"There's no way I can take a vacation right now."

1. Look at something beautiful. Really look at it and appreciate it.
2. Close your eyes and breathe right down to your belly. Repeat until you feel totally relaxed.
3. Turn on the radio, find a great song and dance.
4. Smile warmly at a stranger.
5. Create a positive affirmation about yourself. Example: I am an amazingly talented and gorgeous woman.
